It's time for smiles and it's time for tears and it's time for fights and it's time for questions and it's time for thought and it's time for me and it's time for light and it's time for rest and it's time for breath and it's time for fluidity and it's time for inspiration and it's time for control and it's time for revolts and it's time for risks and it's time for persistence and it's time for Africa and it's time for acceptance and it's time for clarity and it's time for family and it's time for honesty and it's time for realization and it's time for freedom and it's time for you and it's time for accountability and it's time for community and it's time for friendship and it's time for laughter and it's time for patience and it's time for wind and it's time for green and it's time for faith and it's time for words and it's time for space and it's time for sighs and it's time for existing and it's time for windows and it's time for security and it's time for wishing and it's time for rain and it's time for loss and it's time for home and it's time for adventures and it's time for reading and it's time for challenges and it's time for recovery and it's time for toes and it's time for wings and it's time for overstanding and it's time for disagreements and it's time for change and it's time for sankofa and it's time for memory and it' s time for good and it's time for reciprocity and it's time for pain and it's time for lyric and it's time for aggression and it's time for decisions and it's time for listening and it's time for humility and it's time for reinventing and it's time for poetry and it's time for chaos and it's time for blues and it's time for song and it's time for petals and it's time for experience and it's time for answers and it's time for unity and it's time for intuition and it's time for more and it's time for less and it's time for contradiction and it's time for pride and it's time for signs and it's time for composition and it's time for pictures and it's time for dancing and it's time for reclaiming our greatness...it is time...It is...

Comments:
I feel your urgency in the need to move. Know "what time it is" one thing, acting on it can be the hard part sometimes. I wish I could see what keeps me from acting on what urgently believe needs to happen in my life. Does anybody else feel like that?

(LovesMuse- your words are beautiful. They move me beyond the mere act of reading and comprehending them. Do you write? If not you should. You have a gift.)

I agree with the above anonymous person...here I have only seen you physically dance but seeing your verbally dance is as beautiful as well.

Do what you need to do in this time and space...if you feel an urgency take that feeling and use it as feel to capture the unknown.

This is why you're my friggen friend and why you are so friggen fabulous and why even tho you're all far away, you spit some gems of wisdom that keep me going right when I need it and why we folk and why...if you could see me now I would have my hands on my hips just in awe of your fabulousness!!!! Ayana Ladies and Gentlemen is the reason I dance by myself anywhere without fear!

You continue to inspire those who see the need for change. Most of our people resent freedom simply because it call for courage. Courage to address the fact that we have abandon the Creator and adopted the Gods of our tormentors. YOU CANNOT GET TO HEAVEN IN ANOTHER MAN"S SHOES> You must know the TRUTH! Courage to address the fact that the fight for freedom disrupts, breaks, reassembles and redefines and we are too comfortable with this false sense of security. It is a difficult task because we have to go to those who enslaved us to obtain employment, for medical assistance, for mostly any and everything we need and it is a system in place that perpetuate this. If we do not know, we cannot teach. On that note; Dr Asa Hilliard at Georgia State wrote a paper called the "Brotherhood of the Academy" which addresses the brothas and the sistas who go to institutions of higher learning who intellectualize responses made by those of us who have done some real study and who have some idea of how this system is structured to continue the oppression of the Afrikan people of the planet. We must continue to read books by those who are focused on the uplifting of our people. We must have study groups to discuss that material. This allows our Third(First Eye)eye to open and see through the garbage on the airwaves, TV, radio, computer and other obsolete way of communications. To see this thing for what it is.

Baby Girl, I am constantly amazed at your wisdom, your insight and your spirituality. The Creator can't help but smile when (s)he gazes into depths of your soul and the warmth of your heart. Keep on dancing, keep on sharing. You make me and the Creator proud.
